My exploration of health & fitness began in 2003. Once I discovered that each of us has the profound capacity to “plug in” to our body’s own innate healthy energy system, there was no turning back. My Role As A Core Health Facilitator….

Most of us have experienced hurts, angers, fears, resentments, pain, and traumas that are still subconsciously being carried by our body’s energy system. After completing several extensive years of training in Core Health, I am available to assist you so that you can be 100% FREE of these issues. After 7 years of full-time practice as a Holistic Health Practitioner in St. Petersburg, FL and after owning and operating 3 personal training studios, I have been very fortunate to have studied and learned the “best of the best” in the fields of Fitness, Nutrition, Weight Loss, Rehabilitation, Corrective Exercise, Holistic Health, Healing Modalities, Energy Medicine. Now, as a Core Health Facilitator & Holistic Health Practitioner, I recently relocated to the Denver area for the purposes of sharing these powerful tools with you. As a Facilitator of these modalities, my role is to make your journey towards optimal health & vitality more fun, joyous, and most importantly, highly effective.

Scott C – I am FREE of Devastating Cancer

I was 27 in February 2006, diagnosed with Epitheliod Sarcoma (a very rare cancer) in my left hand. I started 3 months of very toxic chemotherapy – which made me feel worse than I did before the chemotherapy. During these energy draining three months, my Sarcoma continued to grow. May 2006, my left hand was amputated above the wrist.

I was “healthy” for a year and a half. Then my left bicep began lighting up with large red areas on the PET scan – the Sarcoma had returned! During 2008, I went through more chemo and surgeries that continued to fail – seven times!

My Oncologist’s option to keep me alive was a quarter-body-resection – amputating my left arm, collar bone and shoulder blade to my neck. We then knew for a fact that so-called MODERN MEDICINE is not so Modern.

We continued to pray that Jesus would send us to a holistic doctor that would work on the entire body and not just treat where the doctors could see the cancer in my arm. In June, 2009, Jesus answered our prayers by leading us to Dr. Carlos Garcia at Utopia Wellness. Dr. Garcia uses multiple applications to treat cancer which consist of a Vitamin I.V. bag, supplements, colon cleanses, strict diet, exercise and clearing and freeing your mind through Core Health Sessions and the Heart Forgiveness Series.

When we left from the initial consultation, we knew Utopia Wellness was where we needed to be to get treatment. During the first day, Dr. Garcia introduced me to Jill Perline, a Facilitator with Core Health, who assisted me getting my mind, heart and energy working together as one. After one week of treatments at Utopia Wellness and with Core Health, I had more energy, confidence and all around healthier lifestyle. It was really great to be able to watch my Sarcoma shrink, since it was visible through my skin. (Both groups of doctors said we’d never have children again. Jill measured Yes. Sept. 2010 is our 2nd child!)

After all the Medical Doctors in modern medicine said there was no hope – Dr. Garcia and Jill Perline assisted me to state I AM CANCER FREE, in less than four months!!! Best of all, I still have my arm and will live a long and happy life with my wife Jenn and daughter Grace. We thank Jesus on a daily basis for healing my body by bringing us to Utopia Wellness, and to Core Health.

Through the Core Heath and Heart Forgiveness Sessions, my body pH went from an acidic 6.0 to a healthy alkaline 7.3 in two weeks. My will-to-live went from 77% to 100% during the first visit. I started with 65% cells protecting themselves – meaning they were not being proactive in fighting off anything in my body. In three weeks, 0% cells were protecting themselves. We found out that my cancer was 7% physical and 93% attitude (mental, emotional, energy). That meant I had to clear and free all my deeper energy issues if I wanted to get healthy. In seven short weeks with Core Health and Heart Forgiveness, I was completely healthy mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Thanks again Jill Perline, for the passion you have in creating a wonderful environment for all your clients to come and enjoy the Core Health sessions. After all doctors told us “NO” we’d never have children again, Jill Energy Measured “Yes”. Our second child, Drew, is on course to be born in September 2010.

Heart Forgiveness and Core Health with Jill Perline

Upon the rise of every morning I begin the day with hands held high, my body and spirit overcome by the undeniable feeling of joy, freely proclaiming “I LOVE my life!” Truly healthy & abundant in every sense of the word; mind, body, spirit. Yet, just a few short years ago I never would have imagined this quick and simple transformation to be possible. It was actually very hard for me to see my way out of the pain that tends to run rampant in most people’s lives. Amazingly enough, the agony that I once allowed to consume me is now such a distant memory that it almost seems like a dream, or someone else’s experience that I read about. What’s changed since then? My perception about life’s challenges. But it was the Core Health / Heart Forgiveness process that set me straight on this path on living UNOFFENDABLE and 100% in the now.

Just prior to our sessions, both my personal and professional life had turned inside out and upside down. My marriage was coming to an end, I was struggling in business and life was just hard. All of this took its toll on my physical & emotional wellbeing, and as expected in that state of being my outlook on life was dim. Jill Perline was heaven sent, a true healer/facilitator who helped me clear up the energy distortions that kept me in my pain-body. She showed me how to remember what was in me all along; my perfect, powerful, pure Self. Living this fully in present moment allows me to respond creatively to my challenges which are now seen as learning opportunities to grow.

Once anchored in, this truth can never be forgotten. Since my participation in her program, I have been continuosly expanding my energy and life keeps getting better. Honestly, it’s quite surreal. After having observed what I’ve struggled through, and in awe of my ability to quickly forgive, heal and move forward in life, my clients and loved ones now want to know how to get what I have. As a Holistic Health Professional myself, it wasn’t long before I realized the power of the Heart Forgiveness and Core Health processes and the importance of sharing it with people. After having cleared my own personal energy distortions, I decided to become a facilitator myself in order to aid in the healing process for others. Moving past treating symptoms and truly freeing each individual from their pain and unnecessary suffering.

Testimonial Regarding My Amazing Experience With Core Health

The brief work that we did using Core Health techniques has dramatically improved my life.

Here’s an idea of what it was like for me before Core Health.

Winter anywhere, even here in Florida where I live, used to be awful for me.  If the temperature was below 70 degrees (and eventually even below 75 degrees) my hands would turn white, then blue and sometimes even black, as my body seemed to respond to these “low” temperatures by cutting off blood flow to my hands.  Winters weren’t the only problem.  Air conditioning in the summer also presented the same challenges.  I could never go anywhere without a sweatshirt or coat, any time of year, “just in case”.

About 20 years ago when I was living and studying in Philadelphia I had a particularly scary experience.  The temperature was 68-70 degrees and I was wearing gloves while I was out for about an hour or two.  During my outing, which did not involve being outside the entire time, I lost a glove and my left hand got unusually cold.   I tried warm water and heat to warm it up after I got home but it just seemed to get cold all over again.  I woke up several times in the middle of the night with severe crushing pain in my index finger.  When I awoke the next morning the cuticle of that finger was dead.  It had turned to mush and had no sensation.  I scraped it off and put some Neosporin and a band-aid on it.  I never saw a doctor. (I think if I had I might have one finger shorter than the rest).  He finger healed and has looked fine ever since even though to me it remained sensitive for several years.

After I moved to Florida I visited my family in Pennsylvania once when there was snow on the ground.  I was outside briefly and just before going inside, I took my right glove off, made a snowball and threw it.  I immediately went inside.  My hand acted like it did not come inside with me.  It continued to get colder even though the temperature in the house was almost eighty degrees.  (My Dad had a woodstove and was good about accommodating my need for extra heat).  My hand didn’t seem to notice the extra heat because within about 5 minutes it had turned black.  It felt like my hand was being crushed.  It was some of the worst pain I have ever experienced.  I ran warm and warmer water over my hand to force the blood back into it.  Eventually it worked but I knew my visits to my family would be forever limited to August.

Living in Florida I used to miss work, not being able to go outside and wait for the bus when it was below 50 or 60 degrees, depending on the wind chill (that’s right, I had to account for the effects of the wind at all times).  That does not happen anymore and this year (2007) I was able to spend Thanksgiving with my family in Pennsylvania without any ill effects.  I had actually taken several trips to Pennsylvania in the fall of 2007 when the temperature was in the 30’s or 40’s without any problems.  For the past 3 winters in Florida I have been able to wear shorts and t-shirts almost year round.  When I do bundle up it is when everyone else is bundled up too.  The cold affects me like an average person now.  I am no longer housebound ever and I no longer live in fear of the “cold”.

I made this amazing transformation only with the help of Jill, my Core Health guide.  I had an early experience that involved a large snowball, my 2 older brothers and a most sincere thought of my impending death.  I was 4 or 5 years old.  I always knew that memory was important but I didn’t know why until I met Jill and we addressed it the “Core Health” way. I have had people ask me if I would describe what Core Health did for me as a miracle and I would have to say no.  My idea of a miracle is something that is nearly unattainable, requiring a difficult and long pursuit and when it does appear, remains a mystery.  The workings of Core Health and what I accomplished with Jill’s guidance are no mystery. Nor did I agonize at any time over the process.  Further, this dramatic change took less than an hour to unfold.

There is nothing in the medical industry that can begin to compete with Core Health in the improvement of health for many “ailments” such as mine.  I look forward to continuing the journey to my complete restoration. Darla K.
